Thu, 6 Aug 2020During December 2019 LightPlan was appointed as Lead Consultant to prepare the overall lighitng design concept to major building facades and landscaped areas within this new urban development.
The cluster of Buildings 1-4 is called œJiu Yao, taken from the name of the mountain range located in Hunan on the border with Guangdong Province.
A diversity of socio-economic groups of residents will live within the new Jiu Yao development in Shenzhen.
Being essentially a high-rise residential-hospitality cluster, our emphasis is on people, families and visitors. They will all make their home here; some permanent and some temporary, in this reactivated site.
Project coordination is by Shenzhen JAT, a LightPlan associate office in China.
